Why I Started This Blog
I’ve always loved the feeling of having a trip to look forward to - discovering somewhere completely new, finding beautiful places to stay and making memories along the way.
I started this blog to document my own travels and share the things I wish I’d known before visiting certain destinations. From choosing the right hotel and finding the best all-inclusive resorts to discovering hidden UK getaways, I want to make planning your next trip a little easier.
Travel doesn’t always have to mean travelling halfway around the world. Sometimes the best adventures are a weekend away in the UK, a spontaneous city break or simply finding somewhere you’ve never been before.

A few random facts about me
🏡 I’m a proud first-time homeowner – Me and my partner bought our first house when we were just 19, which still feels slightly surreal!
🦥 I’m obsessed with sloths – They’re definitely my spirit animal. 😂
🎶 I love a good road trip – Give me sunshine, a full tank of petrol and a good playlist and I’m happy.
✈️ I’m always planning the next trip – Even when I’ve only just got home from one, I’m probably already looking at where we could go next!
🌍 I want to see as much of the world as I can – There are way too many places on my travel list and nowhere near enough annual leave!
